Jennifer Rasile Everitt has a strong background in employment law and litigation. Jennifer collaborated with Human Resources and business leaders to develop strong employment policies and effective risk mitigation strategies worldwide. Jennifer also developed practical and creative business approaches to address employment issues facing the company.

Jennifer's previous work experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where they represented large and mid-size employers in employment-related lawsuits and defended them against administrative complaints. Jennifer also worked as an Associate Attorney at Dickstein Shapiro LLP, representing corporate policyholders in complex civil actions and arbitrations involving insurance and reinsurance issues.

Jennifer started their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Charapp and Weiss, LLP, where they represented corporations and individuals in complex civil actions. Jennifer conducted trials in general district courts, argued motions in state court proceedings, and drafted various legal documents.

Additionally, Jennifer gained legal experience through their roles as a Law Clerk at Brown & Sherman, the United States Attorney's Office, and the Architect of the Capitol. Jennifer also interned at the North Carolina Governor's Office in the Office of Public Policy.

Jennifer Rasile Everitt received their Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from 1995 to 1999. In terms of certifications, they obtained licenses from the North Carolina State Bar and the Virginia State Bar in 2011 and 2002 respectively. Additionally, they obtained a license from the District of Columbia Bar in 2003.
