Marcin Burda is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at ICON plc since July 2023, Marcin oversees the Warsaw engineering site and is involved in staffing and R&D for the IDP Patient Platform. Prior to this, Marcin held the position of Engineering Manager at Box from September 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included building a development team and enhancing the Box product with Content Insights capabilities. At C.H. Robinson from July 2019 to September 2022, Marcin acted as Manager of Software Engineering, leading multiple development teams built from scratch. Marcin's earlier roles include Senior Architect at Netcompany and Lead Software Integration Engineer at NTConsult. Marcin holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Politechnika Szczecińska, earned between October 2004 and September 2010.
