Hemant Rathore

Hemant Rathore has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Hemant is currently the Director of Engineering at Teikametrics, where they oversee data engineering, API integration, and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Hemant served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Optum, leading a team in developing a provider enrollment portal for Medicaid and Medicare programs. Hemant also worked as an Engineering Manager at Nutanix, where they led a team in developing a software solution to prevent server issues. Before that, they were an Engineering Manager at Druva, where they scaled a team and managed governance initiatives. Hemant also has experience as a Founding Member at Alethea Communications Technologies and as a Lead Engineer at Anite. Hemant began their career as a Software Engineer at Ashley Laurent.

Hemant Rathore completed the Executive General Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2005. In addition, they obtained a certification in AI for Everyone from Coursera in 2021.
