Yuval Shats is the Chief Revenue Officer at iConstruye, responsible for all revenue-generating activities. Yuval has over 10 years of experience in various leadership roles, including Global Transformation Leader at Sodexo Servicios de Beneficios e Incentivos, where they were responsible for boosting global revenue and profitability growth.

At iConstruye, Yuval has been instrumental in creating a data-driven, client-centric and agile commercial organization that has achieved the best organic revenue growth of the last 15 years. Yuval has also implemented Salesforce CRM in 8 countries and created a Digital Factory in France.

Yuval Shats holds a certification in Organizational Coaching from LCS Liedtke Coaching School, a certification in Management Skills from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a Sales Enablement Certification from HubSpot. Yuval also holds a Master's degree in Operations Management from Universidad de Chile and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile. Yuval's educational background also includes a degree in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan Executive Education and schooling at Instituto Hebreo for their Educación Media.
