Alessandro Lucia

Alessandro Lucia is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ICONSULTING since March 2023, focusing on HR talent acquisition and employer branding. Previously, Alessandro worked at Gruppo Camst from July 2022 to March 2023 in Human Resources Development, where responsibilities included supporting development, training, and selection processes, recruitment, onboarding, benchmarking, performance evaluation, and designing coaching and managerial training plans for 2022/2023. In early 2022, Alessandro contributed as an HR consultant in the AIDP Bar Raiser Project at Emil Banca Credito Cooperativo, assisting in the restructuring and updating of the company's performance appraisal system. Alessandro holds a Master's degree in HR & Organization from Bologna Business School and a diploma from the Scuola di archivistica paleontologia e diplomatica. Additionally, Alessandro completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in Modern Literature and Italian Studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
