Milissa Chesters MA HRM, FCIPD serves as the Head of People and Culture at iconsys, where responsibilities encompass HR strategy development, talent acquisition, benchmarking compensation, and management training. Previously, Milissa held the role of Head of HR and Office Management at Pathway Intermediates, managing HR functions and supporting international projects. Milissa's extensive background in human resources includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Europe at Fruit of the Loom, and as European HR and H&S Manager, leading HR teams across multiple regions. Milissa is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a Master's in HRM from the University of Wolverhampton.
