Lindsay Olsson

Lindsay Olsson currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Snowy Hydro Limited, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Lindsay was the Human Resources/Industrial Relations Manager at UGL, focusing on employee relations for the Hunter Power Project. Previously, Lindsay led People and Culture initiatives at MacKellar Group and held various leadership positions at Transdev Australasia, including Group Head of Employee Relations and Head of People and Culture for Train & Ferry Operations. Lindsay’s career also includes a significant role as Employee and Industrial Relations Manager at Laing O'Rourke. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Industrial Relations and a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University.
