Manel Aragones has held several roles in the past. From 2013 to present, they have been the Global Movings Manager and Movings Manager at iContainers. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Teleoperador Informatico at Telefono Permanente. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Comercial de Ventas at Grup Enciclopèdia Catalana, S.A.U. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Comercial Dpto Informatica at El Corte Inglés. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Técnico de Centro de Asistencia at Bielec.

Manel Aragones has a diverse educational background, having studied at Escoles Professionals Salesianes de Sarrià, where they completed a FP I, CFGM Electrónica, and CFGS de Telecomunicaciones. Manel also attended Maristas la Inmaculada, where they completed EGB. Additionally, they have a certification in Comercio Internacional from the Fundación ICIL.
