Sue - Ellen Sheilan

Sue-Ellen Sheilan is an experienced executive assistant and senior account manager with a strong background in benefits administration and operational efficiency. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at ICP Insurance Solutions since February 2022, Sue-Ellen previously held the position of Senior Account Manager at Hamilton and Partners from March 2006 to October 2021, where expertise included managing customized benefit plans for a diverse client portfolio, streamlining processes, and implementing key projects to enhance client care and data accuracy. Additional experience includes roles at Quadra Chemicals as an Alliance Coordinator and Assistant to the Western Canadian Manager, where strategic invoicing and event planning were key responsibilities. Sue-Ellen holds a Chemical Technology Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
