Kelly's expertise includes establishing workflows for preserving and digitizing historic content while maintaining accurate metadata for public research. With a Bachelor's degree in History from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master's degree in Heritage Preservation from Georgia State University, Kelly continues to expand knowledge through ongoing education at the Georgia Archives Institute.
