Kristen is a global human resources executive and trusted advisor with over 25 years of experience dedicated to building, leading, and transforming the people function, developing talent, and partnering across high-growth, start-up organizations. She earned a reputation as a hands-on talent strategist with repeated success driving results. She gained her experience in multiple industries including consumer products, trading & logistics, medical devices, and e-commerce with some of the most reputable companies in the world including Unilever (formerly CPC International), Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal), The Coca-Cola Company, Ernst & Young, Chewy and Thrasio.

Kristen is passionate about the power of people and continuously learning from diverse perspectives around the world. Outside of work, Kristen loves spending time with her family, is a huge dog lover and cannot wait to travel and visit new places again.
