Gian-Marco Frey

Gian-Marco Frey is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at ICR since March 2025. Prior to this, Gian-Marco held roles as a Quantitative Researcher and Client Advisor at Matthews South, where responsibilities included quant trading and structuring of exotic volatility products. Gian-Marco's experience extends to Morgan Stanley, focusing on quantitative research and the development of asset allocation indices and structured products, as well as AQR Capital Management, where Gian-Marco was involved in portfolio management and research for global asset allocation. Early career at Goldman Sachs included serving as Executive Director in Capital Markets, specializing in equity derivatives and convertible bonds. Gian-Marco holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and a Master of Arts in Quantitative Economics and Finance from the University of St.Gallen.
