Jocelyn Reyes

Jocelyn Reyes possesses extensive expertise in enterprise architecture and data governance, currently serving as the Head of Data Governance and Analytics Office in the Department of Operations at the International Committee of the Red Cross from November 2022 to February 2024. Prior to this role, Jocelyn held the position of Enterprise Architect at Alzheimer's Society, where responsibilities included developing a technology architecture model to align with the organization's strategy. Additionally, from July 2003 to April 2022, Jocelyn served as Chief Enterprise Architect at DigiLEAF Inc., leading enterprise architecture development and influencing technology-driven business decisions. Jocelyn's earlier roles also include Chief Quality Officer and Director for Quality at DigiLEAF Inc. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Digital Health Systems, Data Analytics, and Data Governance from the University of Strathclyde, as well as a Master in Information Management from Asia Pacific College.
