Christoffer Callaway has had a successful career in various roles. In 2002, they started at MMI as a phone-sales representative and quickly advanced to become a shift manager. During their five years there, they developed strong customer relation skills and managed a skilled sales team.

In 2007, Christoffer joined IC Realtime as the Director of Integrated Technologies. In this role, they were responsible for managing relationships with technology partners and worked closely with the Connected Home Industry and the R&D team to develop an HTTP/CGI based interface for hardware. This allowed for transparent communication over IP between non-similar devices. This project was a success and enabled ICR devices to be controlled and provide feedback over IP.

In 2019, Christoffer was promoted within IC Realtime to become the Director of Technology (Western Region). Further details about this role are not provided.
