Ruby Graupera has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ruby started their career as a Controller and Human Resource Manager at Oriental Pension Consultants, Inc. in 1998, where they were responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Ruby also focused on key initiatives within the human resources department, including policy and procedure compliance and development.
In 2004, Ruby joined Premium Asset Recovery Corporation (PARC) as the Human Resources Director. Ruby managed various HR operations, systems, and programs, working closely with senior management to establish policies and procedures, recruit employees, coordinate payroll, develop hiring processes, and ensure HR compliance.
From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Human Resource Manager at Gladstone Law Group, where they implemented HR policies, organized and directed staff, developed benefit programs, and provided strategic support to management.
Ruby then worked as a Human Resources Manager-Consultant at RCS Recovery Services, LLC from 2009 to 2014, handling high-volume credit card and debt collection services. Ruby provided full-service HR consulting, including recruiting, payroll, performance management, and employee strategic processes.
In 2013, they became the Human Resources Director at sol group marketing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fyffes Intl. Ruby was responsible for setting up HR and payroll processes, training HR and clerical staff, and managing payroll administration for multiple regions. Ruby also played a crucial role in implementing policies, ensuring safety and compliance standards, and driving training and talent acquisition strategies.
Ruby's career continued to progress, and they joined SBA Communications as the International Payroll Manager in 2015. In this role, they oversaw payroll activities across multiple countries, ensured compliance with local regulations and internal policies, managed a team of payroll specialists, coordinated with external payroll providers, and implemented process improvements.
Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Morris4x4Center.com from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they managed all HR processes, provided leadership to the finance department, oversaw audits of government compliance, and ensured the completion of accounting duties.
Currently, Ruby holds the position of Director of Human Resources at IC Realtime, starting in 2019.
Ruby Graupera attended Kean University from 1991 to 1995, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Dare to Lead Training from Dare to Lead™ Trained in May 2019 and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in November 2018.
