Sajit Roshan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sajit started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, where they worked on software product development, statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence algorithms. Sajit then joined Oracle Corporation as a Member of Technical Staff.

Afterward, Sajit joined MashreqBank as a Quantitative Analyst & Manager, where they supported the modeling team in developing application and behavior scorecards for retail portfolios. Sajit also provided ongoing monitoring, validation, and updates to existing models and scorecards.

Sajit then moved to Emirates NBD as a Senior Manager, where they set up the credit risk and analytics function for the bank. Sajit developed all AIRB models from scratch, built databases, and created a team of analysts. Sajit successfully completed the development, documentation, and implementation of numerous credit scoring models and decision models across retail, small business, and corporate banking.

Sajit then worked at Scotiabank as a Consultant in Liquidity Risk Measurement, focusing on measuring and reporting liquidity coverage ratio and net cumulative cash flow metrics. Sajit consolidated data from various systems within the bank and implemented regulatory requirements.

At BMO Financial Group, Sajit served as a Manager in the Independent Review function of Enterprise Risk Management. Sajit conducted independent reviews of the AIRB approach to assess compliance with applicable requirements.

Sajit then joined RBC as a Consultant in Corporate Treasury, where they integrated City National Bank into RBC's platform for liquidity and interest rate risk management. Sajit reviewed existing risk and liquidity models and compared RBC and CNB's products to determine necessary changes.

Next, Sajit joined Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets as a Consultant in Liquidity Risk Measurement. Sajit implemented daily liquidity reporting and measurement for OSFI and Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Following this, Sajit worked at CIBC Mellon as a Consultant in Strategic Operational Programs, where they worked on a large strategic conversion program replacing the custody management system.

Most recently, Sajit joined iCreditWorks as the Head of Models, Analytics & Insights. Sajit is involved in structuring and solving data science and optimization problems, engineering underwriting and fraud solutions, and running deep-dive analyses on market practices and points of friction. Sajit is responsible for launching and scaling the company's fintech startup that reimagines patient finance at the point-of-care.

Sajit Roshan attended the National Institute of Technology (Formerly REC) in India from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Telecommunications. Additionally, Sajit became a Charterholder at the CFA Institute from April 2015 to April 2016, though they did not renew their status after that period. In 2009 to 2011, they pursued further education at the Global Association of Risk Professionals, earning a Financial Risk Manager certification.
