Shaily is the Manager of Human Resources at Icreon. She has been leading the Talent Management track of HR department for the last 13 years to maintain employee engagement, relationships and better communication channels. Prior to Icreon, Shaily worked with Impetus Infotech and Infogain India Pvt Ltd, in the early days of her career. An Arts graduate from Delhi University, she earned herself a postgraduate (dual) diploma in Business Management and EXIM management from YMCA, Delhi before entering the professional industry.
Shaily loves collecting, reading, and sharing books. She is a classic movie buff and binge-watching Netflix is her idea of peace after a long day. A popular chef, she also has an appetite for creatives and makes spectacular crafts from leftovers. At Icreon, she is the perfect candidate to curate the best surprises and gifts for team members.
