Buse Kayabaşı began working as a Sales Consultant at Icrypex Crypto Exchange in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at TMSF starting in 2019, where they held the role of Mevduat ve Risk Araştırma Birimi.

Buse Kayabaşı obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Beykent University between 2016 and 2020. Buse also obtained certifications in Project Management from BTK Akademi in September 2022, Sales Management from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in February 2021, and Customer Relations Management from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in January 2021.
