Chitra Sharda

Chitra Sharda is an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President Human Resources at ICS Group India since May 2016, Chitra has held progressive positions including Vice President and General Manager of Human Resources. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at VIBGYOR Group of Schools, and heading HR & Training at Reliance MediaWorks Ltd. Chitra's career also encompasses positions at Future Value Retail, TATA AIG General Insurance Company, Sutherland, Spur Career Solutions, and Prudential Process Management Services. Chitra holds an MBA in Human Resource from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, along with a GNIIT from NIIT and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts from the University of Mumbai.
