Benjamin Ingard

Benjamin Ingard has a diverse work experience in the finance and business intelligence fields. Benjamin is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ICS Complete since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Captain in the Army National Guard, starting in March 2011.

From April 2019 to March 2023, Benjamin served in various roles at Appcues, including VP Finance and Director of Finance. Before joining Appcues, they worked at Alegeus from November 2015 to April 2019, where they held the positions of Director of Business Intelligence and Manager of Strategic Planning, Analysis & Business Analytics.

Early in their career, Benjamin worked as a Senior Finance Associate at Bain Capital from January 2010 to November 2015. Overall, they have demonstrated their expertise in finance and business intelligence throughout their career.

Benjamin Ingard completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Corporate Finance and Business Analytics from Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Economics from Bucknell University, from 2003 to 2007.

In terms of military education, Benjamin completed the Signal Basic Officer Leadership Course at Fort Gordon in 2014, where they studied Signal Theory and Information Security. Benjamin also attended the Massachusetts Military Academy from 2012 to 2013, completing the Officer Candidate School.

Benjamin Ingard has obtained several additional certifications during their career. In July 2015, they obtained the Series 63 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Benjamin also holds the Network + and Security + certifications from CompTIA, obtained in May 2014.
