Jim Silkworth

Jim Silkworth has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and retention initiatives. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at ICS Complete since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jim was the Vice President of Human Resources & Risk at United Methodist Homes from June 2015 to April 2022, where they implemented various HR initiatives including a new performance management system, incentive compensation system, base pay model, scheduling system, and learning management system. From June 2009 to May 2015, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources & Support Services / CHRO at Lourdes, which was part of Ascension Health. Jim also served as the Director of Human Resources at Universal Instruments Corporation from October 1995 to June 2009, where they had responsibility for HR in the United States, Asia, and Europe. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Program Manager at IBM from May 1990 to October 1995.

Jim Silkworth has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Computational Math from DePauw University, which they obtained from 1984 to 1988. Jim furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Business - HR Management at Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1988 to 1990.
