Herman Hoven

Herman Hoven is an accomplished professional in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Global Travel Connect since January 2024 and General Manager at ICS Travel Group since November 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Khiri Travel, where Hoven held the positions of General Manager Indonesia and CEO, alongside previous roles as Branch Manager in Yogyakarta. Additional experience encompasses interim management at Koyao Island Resort, operations and product executive at Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services, and resident manager at Koyao Island Resort. Hoven began a career in hospitality through a management trainee development program at Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts and initially served as a trainee at John Gray SeaCanoe, Ltd. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management and Consultancy from NHTV Breda University and further studies at Northern Arizona University and Pascal College.
