Samantha Aboudi

Samantha Aboudi is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at ICSC since December 2021, Samantha previously worked as a Human Resources Associate at Cicatelli Associates Inc. from July 2021 to January 2022. Prior roles include Corporate Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at American Advisors Group from 2019 to 2021, and Alternative Sentencing Liaison at the Queens District Attorney’s Office from January 2018 to November 2019. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Stony Brook University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2011-2015).
