Sales and Account Management

The Sales and Account Management team at ICSolutions is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with correctional agency partners. This includes negotiating contracts, implementing our technology solutions such as the ENFORCER® inmate telephone system, video visitation, and inmate tablets, and ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing support and communication. The team works closely with agencies to customize solutions that meet their unique needs, driving both new business and the success of long-term partnerships.
