Vincent Oguda has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vincent began their career in 2005 as an Education Officer for the Seychelles Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where they organized meetings and workshops and provided technical inputs for education programs. In 2009, they worked as an Alternative Education Coordinator for the Bahrain Ministry of Education, designing and implementing programs for technical skills and youth employment, as well as initiatives to increase enrollment and improve retention for girls in schools.
In 2010, Vincent worked as a Project Assistant for Bruntwood in the United Kingdom, contributing to the implementation of development projects and providing training on project management skills. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Program Manager-CSR for Origins Safaris in Kenya, coordinating scholarship and ICT integration programs in schools.
Vincent's career then shifted to the healthcare industry, where they joined Philips Healthcare in 2012. Vincent held various roles, including Project Coordinator EA and Program Manager for East Africa, focusing on improving primary healthcare, establishing partnerships, and implementing maternal health projects. Vincent successfully established a vibrant CSR program for Philips in East Africa.
In 2016, Vincent joined Ten Senses Africa Ltd as a Program Manager; Grants & Partnerships, where they developed strategies to secure funds from corporations and international donors to support projects for the organization.
Most recently, Vincent has been working for the ICT Authority since 2018. Vincent started as a Senior Programs Development Lead before being promoted to the position of Principal Capacity Development Lead in December 2021. Details of their current role are not provided.

Vincent Oguda has a Master of Arts degree in International Development from The University of Manchester, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Education degree in Arts at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa from 2000 to 2004. Their education history also includes attending Maseno School from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained their KCSE certificate.
