Eeuwke Wielinga Emba

Eeuwke Wielinga EMBA has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the automotive industry. Eeuwke is currently a Group Steering Committee member at ICT Group, where they lead a team focused on developing software-defined vehicles. Prior to this, they served as the Division Director Automotive and Cluster Director at ICT Group, overseeing the development of embedded software for high-tech industries, including the automotive industry. Eeuwke also founded and led the Vehicle Software Development Services business unit at ICT Group, working with international OEM supply chains. Eeuwke has experience in nearshoring services and was the Interim General Manager at ICT Poland. Eeuwke has collaborated with companies like InMotion and MathWorks on vehicle platform and model-based software development. Eeuwke has also worked with AUTOSAR on platform integrations and developments and participated in projects with the European Commission. Earlier in their career, Eeuwke held roles in business development, project management, and engineering at Rialtosoft and ICT Group. Eeuwke began their career in hardware and software engineering at Schneider Electric Software.

Eeuwke Wielinga EMBA holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering - BSc - Cum Laude from HAN University of Applied Sciences (1987-1991). Additionally, Eeuwke Wielinga EMBA earned an Executive Master of Business Administration - MBA - Cum Laude from Business School Nederland (2017-2019).
