Rick Snyder

Rick Snyder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and program management across various sectors, particularly in defense and aerospace. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at ICTC USA since August 2020, Rick specializes in providing turnkey manufacturing solutions for the high-tech market. As the President of Snyder Tech Solutions since May 2011, Rick focuses on defense communications interoperability. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering at Aerosonic, where responsibilities included new product development and business capture, and Sr. Program Manager at ATK, managing legacy and evolving missile warning systems. Rick’s career also features senior positions at Symetrics Industries, ARINC Inc, Dynamics Research Corp, and the United States Air Force, illustrating a strong background in program execution, risk management, and technical support. Rick holds a Master’s degree in Management Science from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
