Dan Woolson

Dan Woolson is the current Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Infusion Systems at ICU Medical. Prior to their current position, Dan served as the WW President of Respiratory Solutions at BD from March 2015 to November 2016. In this role, they led a team of respiratory experts and oversaw a $900M budget for the development and production of ventilation, respiratory diagnostics, anesthesia, and respiratory consumables products.

Before their time at BD, Dan was the VP/GM of Specialty Disposables at CareFusion from February 2009 to March 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leading the $500M anesthesia & respiratory disposables business, which included the acquisition of Vital Signs. Dan also oversaw the development and implementation of new strategies for the company.

From October 2007 to November 2009, Dan served as the VP of Strategy and Business Development at Cardinal Health. In this role, they were responsible for leading the strategy and business development for a $8B segment of 4 medical supply chain businesses. Dan was also responsible for executing new business initiatives and developing relationships with key partners.

Prior to their work in the medical industry, Dan worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from February 1999 to August 2006. In this role, they advised clients on a variety of issues including strategy, operations, and organizational design. Dan also led teams of consultants on various projects.

Dan Woolson's educational career began at Bahrain Int'l High School. Dan then went on to study Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan, where they earned their BSE and MSE degrees.
