Steve Lin is a seasoned professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement for Infusion Electro-mechanical Devices at ICU Medical since August 2022. With extensive experience in establishing and enhancing supply chain functions, Steve previously held leadership roles at Bystronic Inc., Shire, Ameda, Inc., Baxter International Inc., DSM, Hill-Rom, John Deere, and Motorola. Steve's expertise spans strategic sourcing, global supply chain strategy, inventory management, and process improvement, supported by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
