Vitaliy Vavryshchuk

Vitaliy Vavryshchuk has a diverse work experience in the finance and research sectors. Vitaliy is currently the Head of Macroeconomic Research at ICU since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the National Bank of Ukraine as the Director of Financial Stability Department from March 2015 to September 2021. Vitaliy also held the position of Vice President at SP Advisors from October 2012 to February 2015. Before that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Concorde Capital from August 2011 to September 2012 and as a Senior Analyst at BG Capital from January 2010 to July 2011. In addition, they worked as an Analyst at Dragon Capital from September 2007 to December 2009 and as an Economist at CASE Ukraine - Center for Social and Economic Research from May 2003 to September 2007.

Vitaliy Vavryshchuk obtained a BA in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy from 1997 to 2001. Vitaliy later pursued an MA in Economics from the Kyiv School of Economics from 2001 to 2003. In 2023, they obtained the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
