Kiran Kala

Kiran Kala has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 1992, they started their career as an Independent Consultant at IBM, where they worked until 1996. From 1996 to 2000, Kiran held the position of Assistant Vice President - IT at Citi. They then transitioned to KPMG Consulting as a Senior Consultant from 2000 until 2001.

Continuing their career, Kiran joined CONVERGYS CORP in 2003 as a Senior Manager, Information Systems. In this role, they implemented global HCM (SAP) solutions for fortune 100 clients, and also worked on customer and contact center analytics and EDW implementation. Kiran's stint at CONVERGYS CORP lasted until 2009.

From 2009 to 2012, Kiran served as the SAP/HCM Practice Lead - North America AMO Operations at NorthGate Arinso (Prior Convergys HRM). Following this, they founded their own company, Intuceo, in 2010, where they currently hold the position of Founder & CEO. Prior to Intuceo, Kiran was the CEO of iCubeCSI starting from 1997.

Kiran Kala completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology in the years 1982 to 1986. Later, Kiran pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, from 1998 to 2000.
