Katarzyna Grzesik-Harz

Katarzyna Grzesik-Harz is an experienced intercultural communications expert and educator, currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at the American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland since September 2021. With a background in designing and delivering training and consultancy services focused on intercultural skills, leadership, and corporate social responsibility, Katarzyna operates K.Grzesik-Harz, Intercultural Training & Consulting, providing programs for both the private and public sectors. Additional roles include External Intercultural Communications Trainer at ICUnet.Group, IATA External Instructor, and independent trainer for various organizations, emphasizing the development of cultural awareness and intercultural competencies. Katarzyna holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication from USI Università della Svizzera italiana and completed a certificate in Applied Coaching Competencies.
