Ross Williams

Ross Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and underwriting within the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Underwriter at ICW Group since September 2025, Ross previously held multiple roles at Travelers from July 2020 to September 2025, including Account Executive Officer for the Public Sector where significant success was achieved with over $3.4M in new business production. Prior to that, experience includes positions at EMC Insurance Companies as a Commercial Underwriter II and at Tuscarora Wayne Group of Companies in various underwriting roles. Ross also began developing communication and marketing skills as a Tour Guide at Susquehanna University, where a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing was earned.
