Arthur Nowak is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of iCXeed, a business process innovation company, Arthur specializes in enhancing customer service experiences through the integration of analytics, AI, and automation. Prior to this role, Arthur operated as Sole Proprietor of Nowak CX Consulting, advising brands on omnichannel solutions and digital technologies to optimize customer experiences. With a long tenure at TTEC, Arthur held various leadership positions, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific Operations, where management responsibilities encompassed over 24 locations across multiple countries and the initiation of a transformative operating model known as CultureCX.
