Rain Abueg

Co-founder & Chief Culture Officer at iCXeed

Rain Abueg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Most recently, in 2022, Rain co-founded iCXeed, a business process outsourcing company focused on customer experience management. As the Chief Culture Officer, Rain is responsible for driving business process innovation and accelerating digital growth for clients.

Prior to iCXeed, Rain worked at TTEC from 2009 to 2021, holding various leadership positions. As the Vice President of Operations from 2019 to 2021, Rain led business transformation initiatives, change management strategies, and executive succession planning on a global scale. Before that, Rain served as the Senior Advisor and Executive Director for the Asia Pacific Markets since 2013.

Between 2004 and 2009, Rain worked at Peoplesupport Inc as the Director of Organizational Development and Corporate Training, and as the Manager of Organization Development. Rain was responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness and training initiatives during this time.

Rain's work experience also includes roles as a Project Manager for Career Development at Globe Telecom in 2004, as the Human Resources Director at Goodwill Bookstore in 2003, and as the Human Resources Manager at MullenLowe TREYNA from 1997 to 2003.

Rain began their career as a Research and Training Associate at the Training Institute for Managerial Excellence, Inc from 1995 to 1997.

Overall, Rain Abueg's work experience demonstrates a strong background in leadership, change management, organizational development, and human resources.

Rain Abueg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University. Rain is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the same university. In 2016, they also obtained certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
