Jose Gomez Herrera

Jose Gomez Herrera serves as the Global Head of HR at ID Energy Group, starting January 2023. With a focus on renewable energies, Jose leads the standardization of HR practices across multiple countries, including Spain, Italy, Hungary, the Balkans, Poland, and Chile. Previously, Jose held the position of HRBP Director at ID Energy Group, where responsibilities included establishing a scalable HR function tailored to regional requirements. A seasoned HR professional, Jose's prior roles include Strategic Talent Acquisition Director at atSistemas and various HR leadership positions at ALTEN, encompassing Southern Europe and Spain. Jose's career began in business development, demonstrating a solid foundation in commercial management and project coordination. Jose holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management from ESEM International School of Business Management.
