Joan Marti Escuin

Joan Marti Escuin has over 10 years of experience in customer service and management roles. Joan is currently working as the Head of Customer Service Spain at ID Finance since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Webhelp from 2015 to 2022, first as a Regional Customer Service Manager and then as a Customer Service Manager. Before Webhelp, they were the Customer Service Manager Spain & Portugal at BÉABA from 2013 to 2015, and also had a trainee role in the legal department. Joan started their career as a Logistics Technician at Decathlon Internacional from 2011 to 2012.

Joan Marti Escuin pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2005 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universitat de Barcelona between 2007 and 2011.
