Kenny Blatt

Kenneth is a Principal in CPG Real Estate LLC (“CPG”) and a Managing Partner in Dorado Beach Resort (“DBR”). CPG is a real estate investment firm that develops, redevelops, acquires, manages, operates and owns real estate assets in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and Latin America. DBR owns the iconic 1400 acre Dorado Beach which includes Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve and Ritz-Carlton Reserve residences. Mr. Blatt has extensive experience in developing and investing in hospitality and mixed use real estate projects and has been investing in private companies for over 30 years. Kenneth had a long record of entrepreneurial successes in emerging Europe from 1992 – 2001 where he created the leading service businesses in advertising, outdoor and print media and executive recruitment in Romania and Bulgaria. He oversaw multiple companies and managed over 1000 professionals who worked for his firms. Kenneth is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, received his law degree from Emory University and an advanced business certificate at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is an active Board member of the Cornell Hotel School’s Pillsbury Institute of Hospitality Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network, served as PIHE’s Entrepreneur in Residence and serves on other educational platforms.
