Alexis Prieto is a seasoned HR professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in people operations and talent management. Currently, Alexis serves as the Founder of Startup HR, driving employee engagement and operational excellence for early-stage tech-enabled startups. Additionally, involvement as a Board Member and Member of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship highlights a commitment to supporting women in technology and entrepreneurship. In a non-profit capacity, Alexis holds the position of Director of HR Strategy & Member Experience at Mothers to Daughters, fostering leadership and community engagement among women. As a Certified Partner with Happy Companies, Alexis introduces AI-driven coaching to enhance workplace cultures. Previous roles include Head of People at Wayfinder and HR & Talent Consultant at SmartHR, where Alexis implemented innovative HR systems for startups.
