Michael Chalchat has extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as the Directeur fusions-acquisitions at ID Logistics since May 2019, after a tenure as Risk Manager at the same company beginning in July 2013. Prior to joining ID Logistics, Michael worked as a Manager in audit at Deloitte from September 2007 to June 2013, where responsibilities included financial auditing and consulting for international groups and public companies across various sectors. Michael also gained initial experience as a junior Controller at Ricard, focusing on commercial and financial reporting. An academic foundation in enterprise finance was established with a Master’s degree from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, completed in 2007.
