Amita Soni

Amita Soni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amita started their career at Infosys BPM in 2010, where they worked as a Quality Analyst for a top Australian insurance company. Amita received client appreciation for maintaining SLAs and audited activities. Amita then became a Senior Process Executive in the same domain. Amita joined the University of South Florida St. Petersburg in 2016 as a Data Analyst, where they analyzed mortality and smoking-related expenditures using CDC data. Amita also worked as a Pega System Architect, developing applications for different projects. Amita joined MN Jewelers Inc. in 2020 as a Business Administrator, assisting the management team with operational tasks and marketing strategies. Currently, they are working at ID.me as a Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for measuring service delivery and compliance adherence. Amita collaborates closely with the Member Support leadership team to provide accurate analysis.

Amita Soni's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Sophia Girls College, which they obtained in 2007. Amita then pursued a GNIIT in Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology, completing it in 2009.

Subsequently, Amita attended Amity University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Information Technology Management in 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Analyst from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg from 2016 to 2017.
