Annie Fletcher has a diverse work experience in various industries. Annie is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at ID.me since November 2021. Prior to that, they were associated with Accenture Federal Services for three years, from 2018 to 2021, where they served as a Senior Manager and a Management Consulting Manager.
Annie also worked at Accenture from 2014 to 2019 as a Consultant with the role of Team Lead, Management Consultant. During their tenure, they managed the implementation and deployment of a ServiceNow application on a global scale, overseeing a team of developers and functional analysts. Annie also led deployment trainers and created various marketing and training materials for the application.
Before joining Accenture, Annie gained internship experience at Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Intern in 2013, and at Allen & Overy as a Summer Legal Intern in 2012.
Annie Fletcher pursued their undergraduate education from 2010 to 2014 at Vanderbilt University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Science. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Customer Success for Impact" from Winning by Design in July 2022.
