Ben Dickinson

Ben Dickinson currently serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at ID.me, having joined during a period of growth and expansion. Prior to this role, Ben was a Talent Acquisition Leader at Amazon, where responsibilities included designing and executing talent acquisition strategies for the North America Stores segment, overseeing a team of over 70 recruiters. Previous experience includes senior roles at Citrix, where Ben led significant transformations in recruitment, and positions at CSI Tech, Cinch Home Services, First Data Corporation, and e-metier, Inc., showcasing a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Education was completed at Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication.
