John Murphy

John Murphy serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at TAG - The Aspen Group since May 2018, following a successful tenure as Director of Talent Acquisition at Aspen Dental Management Inc from August 2004 to May 2018. In the latter role, John was instrumental in shaping the company’s employment brand and developing a top-tier recruiting team to enhance talent acquisition strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Aspen Dental Management Inc, Implementation Consultant at Webhire, and Recruiting Consultant at Empyrean Management Group, where John specialized in improving HR processes and staffing solutions for various industries. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the State University of New York at Oswego and has received additional certification in Human Capital Strategy from HCI and Middlesex University.
