Caitlin Jayne is currently a Fraud Specialist Team Lead and Escalation Team Lead at ID.me, supervising and supporting senior representatives and fraud specialists. Previously, Caitlin has worked at PetSmart in various roles and as an Animal Care Intern at CHATTANOOGA ZOO. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Caitlin also has experience as an Intern in Behavioral Health Services and Information Technology at HCA Healthcare.
