Josh Falcone has over 12 years of work experience in various tech roles. Josh is currently serving as a Principal Cloud Engineer at ID.me since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Tech Lead at Freddie Mac from February 2021 to September 2021, where they focused on improving network design and address space management. Before that, they were an AWS Cloud Lead at Fannie Mae from April 2020 to February 2021, where they implemented security measures and optimized cloud environments.
Josh also has experience working at Marriott International as a Technical Architect and Senior Systems Engineer, where they provided implementation designs for Kubernetes platforms and employed Infrastructure as Code techniques. Josh has also worked as a Tech Arch Consultant at Accenture, Cloud Engineer at BCforward, Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services, UNIX Systems Administrator at InfoZen, Inc., and Application Engineer at Knight Point Systems. In these roles, they gained experience in designing AWS target architectures, providing mission-critical support, and migrating Oracle databases.
