Lauren Rafi

Lauren Rafi is an experienced professional with a strong background in proposal management, content development, and marketing. Currently serving as a Proposal Manager at ID.me since May 2022, Lauren previously held significant roles at Innovative Discovery, LLC, where duties included Director of Content & Proposal Development and Director of Marketing. Earlier experience includes serving as REO Program Manager at Eastern Estates Property Management LLC, Office Manager/Bookkeeper at Innovative Discovery, Intern at Keller Williams Realty, and Receptionist at Vienna/Fair Oaks Hearing Center. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University – Costello College of Business in 2012.
