Roxanne Johansen

Roxanne Johansen has a diverse background with extensive experience in customer service and project management. Currently serving as a Trusted Referee at ID.me since June 2021, Roxanne has also held various positions within Hilton Worldwide since February 2013, including Hilton Suggests Ambassador and Redemption Coordinator at Hilton Reservations & Customer Care since January 1996. Previous roles include Security at Landmark Event Staffing Services Inc. in 2009 and Project Manager at American Mortgage and Investments from 1993 to 1996. Roxanne began their career as a Reservation Agent at American Airlines from 1987 to 1988.
