Noor Bilal

Noor Bilal is a skilled Human Resources professional with a Master's degree in Project Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi.
