Role Overview: The Head of Marketing, Growth, and Community will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives, fostering growth, and nurturing a vibrant and engaged community. This role demands a visionary leader with a robust background in Web2 or Web3 scale-ups and a knack for innovation-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's mission and objectives. Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and market penetration.

• Growth Initiatives: Lead growth strategies focused on expanding our user base and fostering engagement within the community. Implement innovative approaches to scale our impact and reach.

• Community Development: Cultivate and nurture a thriving community that aligns with our vision. Develop strategies to foster engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity.

• Innovative Campaigns: Spearhead innovative marketing campaigns that leverage Hype marketing strategies, capitalizing on Web3 trends and technologies. Drive excitement and curiosity around our initiatives.

• Collaborative Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to amplify our reach and impact. Collaborate with key industry players and influencers.

• Analytics and KPIs: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a Web2 or Web3 environment, preferably in a successful scale-up.

• In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, NFTs, blockchain, or decentralized applications.

• Demonstrated success in implementing innovative and hype-driven marketing campaigns.

• A track record of community engagement, development, and management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of leading a remote and diverse team.

• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data to drive decisions and strategies.

• Exceptional communication and networking abilities, with a passion for innovation and inclusivity.
